Was at a 4 way stop sign getting ready to pull off when vehicle stop working. Tried to recrank the vehicle but it took 5 minutes to start again. Called dealership and took it to the service department. About a week and a half later vehicle started having issues again. Vehicle started to stall and have a very slow take off. Take off was so slow until I had to sit 15 minutes before take off.

Brakes were stuck on and also the transmission was not shifting properly. Car would only go around 30 mph had to park the vehicle and get it towed even though this is brand new!
At highway speeds with cruise control set, the cars transmission and engine rpm would increase to as much as 5500 rpm during deceleration. Speed would fluctuate as much as 12 mph (increase or decrease from set cruise speed). Dealership has had vehicle in their possession for two months and still has two open recalls that have been unresolved. Dealership has failed to fix or replace vehicle.
Check engine light came on. Car started stalling after shifting gears, as if it was in neutral instead of drive and/or reverse. Wasn't reaching speeds easily. Rpms at 60 mph was 3.5 an I couldn't get over 62.
While driving 80mph on the highway, my 2019 jeep cherokee went into complete failure mode. The power in the vehicle failed, I was no longer able to accelerate. Luckily I was able to dodge my way through traffic and get off the highway and into safety. After 48 hours at the dealership, still no official root cause of why the power failed.

Veh. Stalls while driving , went back to dealer 2times they say it's fine. This is on safe as it happens on highway with no warning, they tell me that the dash light is not on now so we can't fix it
2019 jeep stalls when driving when oil is approx 2 quarts low, there are no warning lights or any indication that oil is low. Dealership says this is common on this type of engine as it burns oil quickly.

Stalling issue. Stalls during a hard turn or stop.dealer keeps telling me its due to trans recall. It is not it is due to low oil pressure, safety shut off. My vehicle has done this since new. Now over 40,000 miles and continues to be a death trap waiting to happen.
Car stalls while while idling. Car has to be put back into park and it takes a few tries before the engine starts again. Dealer inspected the electrical system and replaced the battery 3 months ago.
The car stalls while driving for no apparent reason. The engine turns off and there is no power on the dashboard. This will happen regardless of oil levels, even though the car has always had the proper oil level. It takes about 5 minutes to turn on again when you are in the middle of the street/freeway with traffic behind. The dealership was unable to find a problem, but it keeps happening on a daily basis.
I was in motion approaching a right turn and the vehicle died on me without any warning, in the middle of traffic. After putting the car in park, it took 5 tries to get the engine to turn over. That was a horrifying experience and the dealer claims to know nothing. *dt\ consumer stated vehicle stalled all of the dash lights came on. Updated 10/2/18

Steering will get very tight when going above 60 mph. It feels as if the power steering has been shut off. I have also noticed that it locks and if you move the steering wheel a little bit it clicks. To go along with this I feel as if I am always driving on a very windy day when going 60 mph or higher.
Jeep cherokee eats engine oil too quickly. On my 3rd oil change in less than 10 months less than 2500 miles difference. Car does not let you know when the vehicle has no more oil it will stall with no warning.

While driving at speeds of 50mph or higher the steering will freeze or lock briefly not allowing you to make steering adjustments. Added force is need to correct the steering path of vehicle. Acts as if the steering has a dead spot.
I bought this jeep with 8 miles on it. At about 5,500 miles while driving straight the steering seems to almost have a dead spot where it feels like there is loss of control to the vehicle. This happens repeatedly causing possible over correct trying to determine if you have control of the vehicle or not. Dealer has been called and awaiting to hear back. My first ever jeep purchase.

I have a 2019 cherokee with approx 18500 miles on it. I have had the ebs (emergency brake system) come on while idling at a stoplight 5 times. The dealership has no idea what is going on. The handle to release it does not respond. It appears to happen when you are releasing your boot from the brake. I believe the car thinks it is rolling and reacts.
